Express Entry

Express Entry is an immigration system put in place to facilitate a quicker and a better way of candidate selection for Canadian Immigration selection process. It is used to manage applications for permanent residence under these federal economic immigration programs:

• The Federal Skilled Worker Program.
• The Federal Skilled Trades Program.
• The Canadian Experience Class.

Provincial Nominee Program (Pnp)

This program facilitates application and nomination of potential candidates to settle in specific province and are nominated by Canadian territories and provinces respectively.

Each province has its requirements and look for candidates who can contribute to the growth of their province through their skills.

It is equally important that the candidate intends to settle in the province and meet the criteria’s set by the province.

Super Visa

Only parents and grandparents of Canadian Citizens & Permanent residents are eligible for Super Visa. This visa is usually valid for a tenure of 10 years and allows the applicant to re-enter the country multiple times saving the hassle of visa application every time. This visa prohibits the right to work during their stay in Canada. For processing the Super Visa, the necessary documents include the letter of invitation from grandchild, Proof of Relationship, Medical Insurance coverage for a minimum of 1 year and the family needs to meet the minimum income requirements.

Spousal Or Common-law Sponsorship Program

Under this program, a Canadian citizen, or a permanent resident of Canada with at least 18 years old, can sponsor their spouse or common-law partner for Canadian Permanent Residency. To sponsor, one must be able to cover the basic necessities of the sponsored applicant and oneself and provide financial support. It is also important to prove the authenticity of one’s relation and needs to qualify one of the below categories.
